Thank you for choosing Ftechiz Consulting Services for your virtual assistance needs. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Ftechiz Consulting Services” refers to the company providing virtual assistance services. Client” refers to the individual or entity that has entered into an agreement with Ftechiz Consulting Services for the provision of virtual assistance services.
Ftechiz Consulting Services provides virtual assistance services to clients. These services may include administrative tasks, research, data entry, customer support, social media management, and other similar tasks as agreed upon by Ftechiz Consulting Services and the client.
1. The client shall pay Ftechiz Consulting Services for services provided at the rates agreed upon in the contract.
2. Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms set out in the contract.
3. Ftechiz Consulting Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to make payment in accordance with the contract.
Ftechiz Consulting Services shall keep all information obtained from the client confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the client’s prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights in any materials created by Ftechiz Consulting Services in connection with the provision of services shall belong to Ftechiz Consulting Services.
Ftechiz Consulting Services grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials for the client’s internal business purposes.
Either party may terminate the contract at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay Ftechiz Consulting Services for all services provided up to the date of termination.
